I had the privilege of finally experiencing customer service at this location. Mary, James and Dom that whole store team from the moment I walked in down to the delivery drivers making aure my washer and dryers were hooked up properly. Everyone was respectful and made sure I was satisfied. True professionals and I recommend this store to anyone. I will definitely be going back to this store soon.

This was our first time using rent a center. It was extremely easy to get approved, payments were easily set up, and the application qas quick. The quality of the furniture was on par with most furniture stores and they delivered the next day! James and Dom were excellent with setting up my new livingroom set. They asked where to put them and was very accommodating and clean. Nothing was broken and I was given a chance to change out anything easily. Overall a very positive experience and I recommend this location.

Had great experience with Mary going above and beyond with making sure I was happy with my purchase and got delivery eta info the same day James and Dom did a great job with moving everything into the home with no problems and set up was perfect !
