RAW Wheels + Tires

Will never use RAW again they are the biggest scam in the car industry. When you are on time for all your payments until your last few and they still want to threaten to take your tires because they don’t have a push back option… Either you give them 50$ or they come take your wheels even tho i have not missed a payment. Has been a on going problem since the first day there. They do not explain the fine details about payment

After having a nail in my tire and covered under warranty. I was told if I made it before 3pm they could change out my 1 TIRE just one. Got there at 2:43 and was told I have to wait until 4 because they had a 3pm appointment. So I waited with my 5 year old. No one arrived at 3 the customer arrived at 3:24. To get 4 tires. Here we are 4:28pm and I am still waiting to get my tire changed after another employee changed his own tire in the back while I wait. Not sure if I’m not the typical demographic of their customers but as a woman with a child who arrive prior to and still waited almost 2 hours with no service. I will NEVER come back here even if it is covered under warranty. I would rather pay for my service than come back here to get it done free. Thankfully the young man who is doing all the work was kind and apologetic as he’s under their discretion. He was very nice and fast . I pray he finds his way to a better company who values him. Signing off while he takes 15 minutes to change my 1 tire!!!!

I went to this location back in November last year and end up getting some rims from a representative there by the name of Mike. The representative showed me only one set of rims that advised me that would fit my car that was actually in stock at that location. I wasn’t really picky at the time. I just wanted some black rims on my car so technically about five months after getting the rims, I started having issues with the front end of my car. And also the rear end of my car never in 1 million years would’ve thought I was sold the wrong Type of rim which the sales representative at the time sold me all Wheel drive When my car is rear wheel drive, which caused me to have problems with my front upper and rear control arms had those replaced $1700 later That was done Febuary of this year 2025 And then literally two months later I had to have the same thing fixed again and then to be told that my spindle was Bent, and that’s the only way the spindle could be bent was if the car was involved in the front and collision in which my car was not involved in the front end collision And my car has never been involved in a wreck Since I’ve half a car and then long behold I was told by the repair shop that fixed the spindle and also redid my upper lower front and rear control arms that it was the rims So this time I go back up to Raw Wheels and was told by the customer service rep named Kevin that yeah having the wrong type of Rim on the car will cause severe front and damage. So with that being said, they swapped out the rims for a new set of rooms that was for rear wheel and then also with me having the wrong Type of rim cause all my tires to go bad because all of the tires on the inner wall inside were being damaged each time I drove the car, not knowing this was going on with my vehicle so I have been trying to reach Corporate since this whole incident since August when this took place when I realize that it was from the rooms each time you call the number that is listed on the website. It takes you back to the local office. I’m just want my money back for what I spent out getting my car fixed and not once but twice and then also. The money I had to spend on these tires now so if a general manager reached this, I would love for you to contact me ASAP because if not, I will have to take this to court and I do have video of your representative stating that it was your fault from your customer service representative selling me the wrong type of rim and it causing the damage To my vehicle.

I went to RAW To see what I Could get on my truck, spoke to a sales guy by the name of Mike. He was an awesome salesman, didn’t feel that I was being pressured or I had to buy the product from them. He was very understanding and helpful. And then the store manager Jesus also was awesome. But I end up getting Too big of a tire for my truck, but was able to switch them out and Jesus recommended which tire to go with. I was happy and satisfied and the gentleman that worked in the back that installed the tires was awesome as well. I would recommend anybody to give these guys a try, above and beyond

The fellas and ladies at Raw Wheels and tires on 12903 Nacogdoches Rd in San Antonio were the best!!! The customer service and attention to detail was excellent. They helped me with finding the perfect rims and tires for my truck and explained the paperwork. Thank you all for your help. I will definitely recommend you all to my friends and family!!!
