Seemed like they really did not care if we used them or not. Did not seem interested in helping us.

I Bought a set of couches brand new when I went to make my last payment wish was 56 dollars one of the girls said that is 66 dollars because I had late fees and I ask her how can that be my payment were coming out straight from bank every other Friday so she said ok just pay the 56 and will remove the late fees but that wasn’t the case they when into my account today and took the late fees shame on them

Never had issues and they were great to rent from and purchase from had what I wanted and needed at great prices

I was very pleased with the service especially the young lady that helped me her last name was Ledesma. She was so helpful and was very professional. I also would like to add that the 2 young men that delivered our furniture were very careful with our items and they too were very nice and professional. AARON'S is the place to get all your house hold items. The prices,and the payment plans all fit my budget. Thank you Aarons!

Went in the store today decided to take miss ashely up on some of the items we been talking about but unfortunately she out to lunch.. so we had another lady help us but when it came time to give ID and proof of income she was confused because we are self employed…so lady asked for our tax paperwork ..that’s a hassle in itself so she was trying to ask her sales manager crystal and let me tell you the rudeness and lack of effort in trying to help the lady who was helping us was pathetic and unprofessional…my wife and I definitely won’t be back JUST BECAUSE the sale manger crystal did not take the time to help her lost and confused employee nor let us know what we needed to bring or get as proof of income ….. Ricky

The worker whose name is Betty has an attitude and needs to work on having better customer service skills. She’s rude. I definitely won’t be using Aaron’s anymore once I’m done paying off my payments.
