I want to warn anyone considering doing business with Buddy’s Home Furnishings — this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and unethical. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The manager “prentice” is committing crimes against the community with his practices. They delivered the wrong furniture to my home and promised in writing that the correct items would arrive within two weeks. Two months later, nothing has been delivered. They initially changed the timeline to four weeks, then demanded another deposit, engaging in what is clearly a bait‑and‑switch tactic. On top of this, they have double charged me and are essentially taking money out of my account at will, with no explanation or accountability. I have recorded conversations with the manager who repeatedly made promises they never fulfilled, yelled at me, disrespected me, and treated me as if I was trying to “trick” them — when all I wanted was what I paid for. There is no real corporate number, headquarters, or escalation option. You are completely at the mercy of the individual store you deal with. Their lack of accountability and transparency is shocking. This company needs to be shut down. They operate like a scam, leaving customers frustrated, out of money, and without recourse. Do not deal with Buddy’s Home Furnishings. Protect yourself — there are plenty of other reputable furniture providers who actually honor their promises. Buyer beware — stay far away.

When Ito purchase a washer and dryer the entire staff was very professional, and I got approved very quick. A very pleasant experience..

These PPL SUCK especially prentice the store manager. Sell you bad products then hound you about paying .!!! Keep calling over and over DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I’m telling everyone all over social media DO BUY FROM THIS PLACE THE CHARGE YOU WHEN YOUR NOT EVEN DUE and they are very overpriced.!!!!

My experience here was absolutely great. Great service and great attitude. I was helped out in a timely manner and was out the door in less than an hour.
