I’ve had the pleasure of working with several employees at this location, and they are always incredibly informative regarding memberships and payment plans. I highly recommend this store! Having been a loyal customer for a few years now, I’ve never run into any issues. On top of that, whenever I need a repair, they are always quick to service and fix my equipment.
I went in to get a washer , the moment I entered I was greeted by an employee. Their customer service is nice and they helped with providing answers to my questions. I have been with them for a few years now and have nothing but good experiences from past purchases

WORST customer service ever. Walked in and got a hello for somewhere. No one at all approached us. Maybe my hair was a little too messy idk. 2 people in the office and still no one came out to offer any kind of welcome. The man looked right at me and gave me an awful look as if I was inconveniencing him. We walked right to the desk where the lady there looked like she wanted to crawl into the computer she did even look up from. So we just kept walking. I would literally just buy off market place. I should have known since there is literally never anyone there to buy. I guess its just a place for employees to disappear into a computer never expecting anyone to walk in. ... I am Driving now back home with out a couch and 2 beds ti look on Facebook for something within 30 miles. Because I would rather drive an hour and half to pick up what I need than to ever step foot in this most uncomfortable office.
OUR STACKABLE WASHER DRYER STOPPED WORKING. I CALLED THEY CAME NEXT DAY AND TRADED IT OUT WITH A WORKING ONE THEY DID JUST AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING I WANT TO SAY JOSE MADE EVERYTHING WORK. HE IS AWESOME. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF US VERY APPRECIATIVE.
It's the place to go wen u need essentials. The staff is friendly & they hav Great customer service. If u can't make an up coming payment on ur merchandise. Just call them they Want to Work with u. They r really there to Help u get wat u need.
My cousin and I went here today to buy a living room set. When we went in no one was around. 2 people were in the office and another person was in the back playing on a tv. Then after they saw us Jennifer came out the office. They didn’t welcome us, tell us if there was any sales or see if we needed assistance. We left and went to Steven’s furniture and I bought “paid cash” for a living room set
