We rented a couch and loveseat in less than a year the loveseat started to lean on the sides we talked several times for someone to come look at it after 2 months 2 men came and said they would call us back on what to do Noone called then a lady came out and said the frame was bent it was from someone jumping on it or something I'm 63 yrs old and have no kids under 18 that would be jumping on it she Saud she would see if they could find another one or see what could be done Still no call back until we stopped a months payment they call quick for that I called to tell them come pick up their furniture They said I had to pay for the loveseat anyways. Not happening we did not neglect the furniture Aarons has always fixed what we rented from them so will never suggest Buddys to anyone Buddys is a joke as far as I'm concerned They said they called us but no messages left We are dealing with my grandson who is going through kidney failure Buddys is my last concern to fight over a loveseat We neglected it like as if it was jumped on or a heavy person sat on it per the lady that came out 2nd time to look at it How dare they say a heavy person caused it. Best luck who uses them

they sent the front help her name is Jennifer oh your husband so sweet I'm married you're married I'm the one making the business there not him! they had the front desk person come and help deliver this stuff! all the sudden they didn't know each other whenever she came and delivered stuff at my house in front of my husband! be professional don't be flirting with people's husbands because you work at desk! I have cameras at my house and I can show you how she men handle all my dryer!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. Everything was clean, well-organized, and easy to find. The new guys were the best a they were respectful and very well trained I definitely plan to come back and make a purchase.

Very friendly staff and they remember your name. Also, they are very professional and when customers came in they were responsible to them when they had problems ( because every once in a while, something beyond control may happen). I liked that when I saw it for myself. They understood. I will always tell others about this store,; because word of mouth is best. People have no problem telling you when bad experiences occur... I believe in telling you when things are good. So keep up the good work! I enjoyed my experience.

I went into buddy's for the first time ever for a mattress because the one I had was causing back pain. I met Travis, who shook my hand. He was professional and friendly. I found a mattress in seconds. Surprisingly, he was able to deliver the same day. It was fast and easy. I was very impressed. He also offered movie popcorn nights for families as a way to give back to the community. The delivery drivers came right away, and they were so friendly. They had no problem taking off their shoes when entering my home. No shame in their game. My mattress is great, I love it, no more back pain. I am happy and I have a great deal.
