Very quick approval & they delivered on time. Only bad thing I have to say is that the 2 men that delivered my washer & dryer weren't very friendly & they didn't hook something up correctly on my washer because my first time using it, it flooded my entire laundry room..

I had ordered some ear buds and a deep freezer online so I went in to pick up my ear buds but when I told them I didn't need the deep freezer they said they had to deliver the ear buds cuz my address didn't match my id which I have had stuff through them before with the same address then when I ask what time they would be at my house they could not give me a time had to call the store twice when they finally came to the house I was at work and they told my wife that I had to sign for it the manager had poor customer service for not giving that information I will take my business to y'all's competitor

Horrible customer service. They take money out of your account even if you tell them that you don't want automatic payments. They will take money from you then they will call you non stop at all hours of the day and night. I understand that they have to get the money for the item but to constantly harass your customers and then take money out of their account. And when they take you to court they don't even tell you when the case will be so you can defend your self. Worst place ever . I will never go there again. And there manager is rude

We haven't had anything from here in about a year but when our AC went out I knew we could go and get just what we needed. Hector helped us and even though they didnt have what we wanted in the store, he made sure to find it and delivered it the same day!!!

Horrible customer service. We called them and told them to pick up our washer and dryer and they said they would come out that day to get it. 2 weeks later I'm in the middle of doing clothes and they show up to get the washer and dryer. I'm home alone and told them i was in the middle of laundry and I can't move the other washer and dryer in by myself. He said he still had to take it. They didn't try to call or give a warning that they were coming. After he loaded up his washer and dryer he left the door wide open and I had to find our dogs and cat. So inconsiderate
