Also, they are very professional and when customers came in they were responsible to them when they had problems ( because every once in a while, something beyond control may happen). I liked that when I saw it for myself. They understood. I will always tell others about this store,; because word of mouth is best. People have no problem telling you when bad experiences occur... I believe in telling you when things are good. So keep up the good work! I enjoyed my experience.

I went into buddy's for the first time ever for a mattress because the one I had was causing back pain. I met Travis, who shook my hand. He was professional and friendly. I found a mattress in seconds. Surprisingly, he was able to deliver the same day. It was fast and easy. I was very impressed. He also offered movie popcorn nights for families as a way to give back to the community. The delivery drivers came right away, and they were so friendly. They had no problem taking off their shoes when entering my home. No shame in their game. My mattress is great, I love it, no more back pain. I am happy and I have a great deal. Thank you to Buddy's team members!!

We haven't had anything from here in about a year but when our AC went out I knew we could go and get just what we needed. Hector helped us and even though they didnt have what we wanted in the store, he made sure to find it and delivered it the same day!!!

Very quick approval & they delivered on time. Only bad thing I have to say is that the 2 men that delivered my washer & dryer weren't very friendly & they didn't hook something up correctly on my washer because my first time using it, it flooded my entire laundry room..
