Got a washer and dryer from them they installed it wrong and left a pice off the drain house which left the water to drain in my wall and it damaged my wall and floor and they didn’t want to fix it and the GM had an attitude the whole time and tried to switch up what I was telling and I even have proof of all the damage and where my landlord had prior to me moving in replaced the floors and she had the nerve to be rude and act like it wasn’t their fault mind you I never moved the washer the whole month in and half to two months I had it. They installed it and then left and that was it. And here I am having to replace my washroom wall and the floor. The customer service from the Gm was rude definitely don’t recommend this place!

05/29/2026 My daughter is renting a washer and dryer and the dryer doesn't dryer the clothes all the way unless you run the dryer 3 or 4 times. I called our local Aaron's to try to get a service call and the girl working this morning, hung up on me.

If you want to use someone else’s name to get furniture…. This is the place to go. Aaron’s called me yesterday on behalf of someone who is using my middle and last name. There is no one that I know that has that name. Although I’m sure people who have my name exist, they would NOT have my name and number to use as a reference. Apparently that’s too hard to understand for the worker. Finally I got ahold of a supervisor at corporate and I will be filing a police report. The stores solution? We will just mark you down as don’t call again…how about the issue of someone opening a fake account? Can you resolve that first? When I tried to explain my experience and how I know they should be verifying identities, the woman continued the speak over me about policies… who cares that I’m worried about my identity being stolen right? Only that she’s been working with her for 2 years……. Clearly your information isn’t safe here. Terrible customer service, they aren’t knowledgeable, they don’t care about fraudulent accounts..0 stars if I could

They were coming to pick up the couches and I asked them if they could please come between 3:00 and 5:30 instead of 3:00 and 7:00 and I got an attitude saying why I couldn't wait for hours for them said they already came and picked up but the last time they showed up without even calling. Extremely rude customer service and we have already paid off couches with these people. Stay away from the nacogdoches and very rude people even if you treat them with respect.

Last week they called and demanded half of the payment. I had paid $50 two weeks ago saying they will work with me. I had to pay to keep my Medicare insurance and to buy food. My family and my health is more important than the worthless piece of crab that I purchased. I need them to pickup the stuff.
