Rent-A-Center

My husband has done buisness with rent a center for multiple years and everytime we come in and deal with Crystal or have to talk to her on the phone she is rude. She said my husband was being demanding by asking a question. She had already had a stank face on before we even walked up to her. I asked for her district manager number and Hr number but she refused to give it to us. Every interaction we have had has been awful. We usually deal with a gentleman that works there and every-time he has been respectful and offered to help us. We were actually going in to get something and completely turned us away. We won’t be back if she’s working there.

Yesterday I spoke with Crystal twice, she did not call me back and seemed to try to detour me from doing everything online (which I did anyway) they never reached back out after I sent my information in, look ladies if you don't want to do your job, why work there, the reviews about these ladies are true... I went to another store 30 minutes away and got serviced same day. No problem. Do Better!!

I’m very disappointed I used to live in Dallas and had a wonderful experience with the Rent-A-Center there I move out to McKinney and talk to Crystal and had the worst experience ever. I do not recommend this location. They say they’re gonna deliver on a certain day never arrived. I had to call them. Her excuse is staff shortage. Don’t recommend.

I had the worst experience with this store. I moved to Princeton Texas so this location is closest to me. I ordered a washer and dryer that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, March 17 between 3 PM to 5 PM never received a phone call when I called them. Their excuse was that they are short staffed. I left work early to arrive to my home for them to be there between three and five. I am a GM manager at a company and I understand that clients come first and it would’ve been appreciated for a phone call. The manager apologized that they were short staffed. She rescheduled it for For Saturday, March 21 between three and five once again they don’t show up on time I called them and asked them what time their excuse again is that they’re short staffed. This excuse only can stretch so far once I asked her what ETA she said she’ll call me back. They never called me back at 5:32. I called them to ask an ETA for my washer and dryer. They said they’re gonna cancel the order because I told them that I would call and talk to a higher manager, so she got offended. I do not recommend this store to nobody who is looking for any type of furniture the manager in the staff there are unprofessional. I will be making a phone call to corporate when I said higher management I meant higher than her, but if she wants higher than that, that’s what corporate for unprofessional all the way around

I just had a very rude experience at this rent a center, I'm just moving to McKinney and I had two of their female managers speak to me in a very rude manner to the point where I didnt want to rent from this location, I then asked about another manger I spoke to while I was here several months ago, this guy was a Gem, idk who these ladies are but they were very rude, unprofessional and immature. 0 stars if I could give it. I normally don't even write reviews but I will today and I will also figure out how to get in touch with their cooperate office because this is not how you treat potential, former, or current customers.

The employees was unprofessional I spoke with a crystal on yesterday she was nice and amazing . Called today to finish up ask for her and they said no one by that name work there. So I get Alba and she was ok but there was someone with and nasty attitude speaking in the back on a conversation she had nothing to do with. Also why on speaker when speaking to customers. So I ask for refund then alba hangs up I called back and asked why you hung up in my face she apologized and said she thought we was done. My issue with that she just hung up not saying steps on refund like most customers service agents. See in comments people say a name crystal so why lie and say she don’t have anyone name crystal and never did
