I just had a very rude experience at this rent a center, I'm just moving to McKinney and I had two of their female managers speak to me in a very rude manner to the point where I didnt want to rent from this location, I then asked about another manger I spoke to while I was here several months ago, this guy was a Gem, idk who these ladies are but they were very rude, unprofessional and immature. 0 stars if I could give it. I normally don't even write reviews but I will today and I will also figure out how to get in touch with their cooperate office because this is not how you treat potential, former, or current customers.

The employees was unprofessional I spoke with a crystal on yesterday she was nice and amazing . Called today to finish up ask for her and they said no one by that name work there. So I get Alba and she was ok but there was someone with and nasty attitude speaking in the back on a conversation she had nothing to do with. Also why on speaker when speaking to customers. So I ask for refund then alba hangs up I called back and asked why you hung up in my face she apologized and said she thought we was done. My issue with that she just hung up not saying steps on refund like most customers service agents. See in comments people say a name crystal so why lie and say she don’t have anyone name crystal and never did

When my furniture was delivered, Crystal informed us it was on the way. When the delivery drivers came, they introduced themselves: Chris Isaiah and began to work,, they made sure the furniture was intact and we're very professional. We have never had any issues with this store. We have always done business with them

I firstly was told that my items were one price and wound up having to pay more twice, and while doing this, weeks are passing and noone has contacted me to say when I could expect a delivery or anything smh..After that i noticed that the items I picked weren't the items that I chose. That they were switched without my approval at all to make them more money of course. I'm saving money to buy a laundry unit for my home, because their doing what they want how they want and when they want to regardless of the customers request. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Elva is the best she helped me tremendously after having a terrible experience at another location she did her job and was very attentive to all my needs !!! Help me pick out the perfect furniture brand new !!! Definitely shop here and make sure you ask for Elva thank you again !! Elva did not take all day to return calls she got right on my approval and we were done in minutes!!
