David is the most rudest person and technically doesn't understand the laws of Texas. Chris is amazing but I would suggest you converse with your rude employee before I file a harassment complaint.

I been told my delivery will arrive today between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm no one shows up I called the store twice the women who answer is extremely rude she keep saying you are on the schedule I told her it is 3:00 pm are they still coming ?? I been stuck at home for hours !!! She couldn’t help all she keep saying you are on the schedule maybe they are running late she couldn’t give me a resolution !!! Very very unprofessional that woman who answers the phone zero empathy for the customer !!!! It’s 4:00 pm and no one shows up yet no one call me !!!!

Update: I called the customer care number was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours here it is a week later and no phone call. The division manager does not return calls. One of the most unprofessional experience from the store manager Chris that I have ever received.

The old guy that drives the delivery truck needs to get it together. Very angry & rude for some reason. Ordered a sectional sofa to be delivered, they communicated well & let us know they were on their way. I live in a big apartment complex & the building numbers can be tricky. I stayed in my truck near the entrance so I could help them out with finding the correct building. When I pulled next to the delivery truck he was at the WRONG building & I let him know which direction it was. But he insisted he knew where to go and gave an attitude. Doesn’t make sense. I guess old men don’t like being told what to do by a female. Very tragic. Anwyaa, We paid off our sectional pretty quickly, and they wouldn’t stop calling us to get new items. After we told them several times to take us off the call list. Sectional was nice though.

Bought a washer from the store manager Chris at AARONS. He was very helpful! Paid off in 12 months with no problems at all! Thank you Chris and Aiden for your kindness and truthfulness! I am elderly and you treated me with much respect! 👍🙏
