I was promised a $1.00 down payment for the first month under Aaron’s promotional offer. Based on this representation, I agreed to move forward with the lease. However, when it came time to complete the transaction, the terms of the promotion were not honored, and I was required to pay more than what was advertised and promised. This situation is both misleading and frustrating. I made my decision specifically because of the $1 down promotion, and I feel that I was misled into entering an agreement under false pretenses. Don't get me started on roaches that I saw hidden in the washers as well.

When you call they never answer the phone and when they do they hang the phone I'm trying to get through paying for my washer and dryer and I want deal with Aaron furniture any more I been dealing with them since 2012 since they have changed with all these different people with the attitude just trying to pay off my washer and dryer not again

I will never do business with Aaron's again in Marshall, TX. Day of sale. I bought a washer and dryer. The washer didn't work. They give me a pre owned.The Dryer leaked oil on my kitchen floor. 2nd time I went up there to order new, not pre owned 3rd delivery. I got used not new. I told them to take it back. Call the sale manager. Trying to sale pre own washer and dryers to customers and they r not new. They don't need a star. The delivery guys, they r Awesome. They work hard. For the sale manager she lies.

Go to get a washer and dryer and the only thing to work is my washer. They want to blame it saying it's the outlet that does not work and why my dryer will not turn on but in fact I've had my outlet tested three times and it's still pulling 220 from that outlet they need to figure something out because the amount of stress and waiting I've had to do because of this stuff makes it where I don't want to shop at Aaron's no more.

Then they tell me they can't get back to my house till the next Friday and told me if I wanted to come get it I would have to pay the full first month to be able to get it. Wow after all the years and money I have spent there I will NEVER do that again. Shame on yall for hiring a store manager like that.. DONT SHOP HERE!!!
