What you can rent here
Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

Customer reviews
Store manager extremely disrespectful. So disrespectful that I returned my merchandise and will never do business here again.
Jackie was such a huge help. I was at work and she was able to send me pictures of the washers and dryers that they have in store. She was very patient and able to work with me. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time!
Ive paid off two galaxy s23 phones in the last couple years. Went into a store today to rent to own a pair of ear buds. I was denied because im not z level 0 customer. What bullshit.
Mrs Jackie Was Amazing Very Kind And Patient Also Very Understanding Highly Recommend Her & Rent A Center ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rivers and Lexi are such cool people in general, and have made our rental experience a breeze. The delivery team guys are pretty funny too. I’ve rented two couches and two VR headsets with them. Won’t ever go back to any other rental place! They really do go above and beyond and I highly recommend anyone considering use a rental store to use this one.
I dk what is it about this store. But Every time I try to get something from here. This lady that always calls me it’s very irritating and makes me not want to order anything from them. Like sometimes I find it kinda of convenient to just rent an item but she just makes me rethink my options. I dk what is it about her I just can’t lol
