Good place to get stuff from but if you go there don't tell the skinny dude you like a girl that's in the parking lot because he'll run out there and talk to her other than that it's a real good place to shop

Store manager was very unhelpful and rude. I went to store after being pre-approved online to make a order and was told by the woman that I assume was manager or assistant that the in-store application had been declined and she offered no help as to why. Nobody ever checked references I listed or anything and I feel like she either never submitted the info really. I am still getting approved email from rac and still being told online I'm approved. Idk. She was rude I know that much. I just ended up going to Aaron's instead.

I almost swore off this place completely due to the unprofessional way in which we were treated last year with a bed purchase we had made. Not only was the woman we dealt with rude, but upon assembly of our purchase there was screws missing so we had to go purchase our own since we were informed by the assembler that their manager said that was all the pieces. Not long after that a payment was late by a couple days though they said we were on automatic payments, go figure you know. Now I work nights so I typically sleep during the day, we were woken up to pounding on our front door, and an employee from the store at our door basically sent to threaten us about being late on a payment. My ol man is ex military and definitely was not in the mood to deal with aggressive, rude individuals after working all night. I tried to handle myself professionally considering the man was only doing what he was told, but to come to a person's house and act in this manner was uncouth. I'm not sure that she is employed there anymore since I only deal with them on the phone now, but my last interaction went decently. I guess I would say be careful for what you pay for
Second time renting from them. Just started renting a whirlpool washer and dryer brand new. The only flaw would be that the delivery man did scratch the dryer 5 times before I could even use it.
