Do not do business with this store. The sales people are rude, obnoxious, and will go out of their way to ignore you. The manager is also racist. He will only give the best deals to people of his own race.

They sold me a refrigerator as new but later found out I could not activate the warranty because someone else owned it first. They broke a part on the refrigerator when they delivered it but told me it would be replaced. After several trips to the store and hearing how the pandemic has caused shipping issues They had not received it yet. Now today, a year later they are saying oh well its been over 30 days sorry we can't do anything. GM Lonnie, and Kimberly should not get any business from Liberty, or Dayton again. I own and manage many properties in Liberty County and I send all of my tenants to you. That stops now. I always have paid cash and out the door within 20 minutes but you two have lied to me for the last time. I will see you in court!

I had a refrigerator with the Aaron's in liberty,tx,77575 and my wife and I were about to move into a house that was fully furnished and I called the store and asked for them to pick up the refrigerator and they never showed up I called four days in a row and no driver's ever came to retrieve the merchandise and I explained that once we moved we weren't coming back to the house still no pickup so the store manager charged the refrigerator off in my name. The next time I visited LIBERTY,TX Aaron's the store manager was very disrespectful and showed a complete lack of respect. I do NOT recommend liberty,tx Aaron's if you want to deal with a friendly and honest business .
