Got word that the previous manager was doing some shady stuff with accounts and finances. I will say the owner reached out directly which is why I rated my experience, this far, as a 4 and not a 1. Looking forward to continue doing business with them in the future.

The staff here treats you like family. from day one I felt welcome with no pressure to buy. They have good quality items at reasonable prices. I have rented items from here multiple times. I would rent from here again, very satisfied.

I have "history" with this company, from my oldest Sister and youngest down to Me. Definitely a Family Affair. I can speak for US all when I say that regardless of the change location, We're still going to deal with Kat & Associates because they know how to treat people. Just so great to still be able to go somewhere and don't feel like your be hussled out of your money. Reasonable personal and definitely reasonable prices.

I've been with this company for 2yrs in their Killeen location. Never had any issues. Very flexible payments. When I had to take leave from my current employer due to family emergency they were very flexible as to working with me on my rental agreements. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
