Waiting for a ride to pick me up from the car rental place next door and Buddys is blasting the worst music that's ever been recorded. It should be illegal. I feel physically ill.

First off wish I could give a no star rating. My wife called and spoke to a lady that ordered our bedroom set on October 21 2025. She informed us it would take two weeks to come in. Two days later on October 23 2025 I get a text message from a James saying he is the manager and wanted to make sure it was the bedroom set not just bed. He also said they don't won't get a delivery till the have ordered enough merchandise for his location. James said he will have it in two weeks. I called back on November 7 2025 as I have not heard anything. James tells me they have not received it and was going to leave it at that. I said " there is no way to check on a order once you place them". He said nope they just show up at the backdoor when they get to his location. I asked him to get ahold of someone to find me out what is the good up. James sends me a message on November 8 2025 that says we have another set just missing two things that we can order. First off ordering through them is a red flag as look what I have been through. He offered a bed that was double the weekly price and final payout. He then tried to tell me that the 24.99 a week price was just the bed. The web site clearly says set. I asked him to speak to a regional manager and he then advised me to get ahold of corporate to make a complaint. Please you all read this and thing twice before dealing with this company and location.

Christian was so helpful throughout my process of getting a couch. He made sure I was satisfied and provided me with a loner until my couch came in. The entire staff at this store from the Manager to the delivery drivers are super accommodating, knowledgeable and very helpful. My experience here has been phenomenal and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
