AMAZING SERVICE AND ITEMS!!! I had never been to Aaron's before this. I went in here about an hour before close with my sister and her boyfriend time night just to look around, we were asked by Ashlee if we needed any help and we said we were just looking. No constant hovering, no following us around, no pressuring us to buy. We looked around for about 30 minutes and I came across this chair that I really liked. My sister told me I would need more than just a single chair in my house (of course she was right), and this is when Ashlee came back up to us and began to point out an amazing deal that they had on a 3 seater, 2 seater, and a chair for the same price as the single chair I was looking at! The set was amazing and the pricing for it was even better. I wondered aloud if I was being bamboozled and Ashlee honestly answered "I wouldn't bamboozle anyone, I can tell you're wanting something for your house and looking for a good deal, I just want to help in any way that I can". She was very helpful and kind throughout our entire conversation. I made the decision 2 minutes before closing to come back in the morning to get the set. Not ONLY that, but when I returned I got a TV and entertainment set for an amazing monthly price altogether. I was hoping they could deliver it that same day, and Ashlee spoke with the sales manager for a good while to see if this would be possible. Both the sales manager and Ashley came to me and said they would try their best to have it delivered that same day, but they wouldn't make any promises as they didn'tknow if there'dbe enough people to help with the delivery. I completely understood and headed home. Same day 5:30pm rolls around and there's a knock on my door. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY AND DELIVERED IT ALL. I'll be honest I was freaking out with excitement, they really came through for me and I cannot express how much it meant to me for them to do that. They could have just said it wasn't possible, but they made it happen, and I am beyond grateful. Y'ALL THE SALES MANAGER EVEN CAME TO HELP WITH THE DELIVERY. If that's not amazing customer service I'm not sure what is. Thank y'all so much for all of y'alls help, y'all have helped my house begin to feel like a home and I am so glad I made the random decision to just come in and look around thay night.
I would like to talk about how amazing the staff here is. They were able to provide excellent customer service beyond compare. The woman i spoke with on the phone, was extremely pleasant and very sweet. She found a solution to our problem and took care of it swiftly. Also the men (all of them working in the store) were exactly the same. I ended up looking for a couch to fit in my tiny home, and they had exactly what i needed and wanted. Took a friend and she also bought a reclining love seat. We are beyond pleased and would reccomend this place in Huntsville to everyone!
I currently rent a PS5 console from them I have had it less then 6 months. The disc drive has never worked and now the controller isn't functioning properly, it's glitching hardcore when gaming. It's 100% the controller. I called Aaron's and they don't cover anything to do with the controller. They said it's considered a add-on accessory. Wanted to return whole system to get a new one. Was told I'd have to start over and lose the 300 I've put into it. That's fine. I'm not worried about that part. But zero attempt at any accomodations for the inconvenience or any solutions to help remedy the issue. There's no reason the controller should already be acting up in less then 6 months. Was told I'd have to pay $50 down before I can have a new system. Which is absolutely ridiculous they can't work with me on that when it's not even my fault their products aren't working properly. They gave me the system with a broken disc drive to begin with. But I have to suffer and be without the system while still paying on it. Ridiculous in my opinion.
They came to deliver and assemble my washer and dryer with NO tools ! I used it water went everywhere because they didn’t hook it up correctly they told me oh just turn your water off . And we’ll call someone else because it’s against store policy for us to come fix it … like whatttt??? Ordered a bed set w dressers . Told me it’ll come in Wednesday . They never contacted me Wednesday so I went up there ! She said oh something you ordered didn’t come through so we’ll have to reorder it I said okay whatever cool . She then says it’ll be delivered Friday . Friday comes they leave me a voicemail saying their drivers called in . They’ll deliver tomorrow (Saturday) I immediately call right back . She said oh I didn’t mean to say Saturday let’s do Monday . Monday comes they still didn’t contact me . So I called them. The woman say okay it’ll be between 3&7pm . It’s 7pm we call back she says oh it’ll be tomorrow (Tuesday) . So today it’s Tuesday (12/09/25) i call as soon as the store opened (10am) told them it’s very inconvenient I’ve gotten so many dates for them to deliver my furniture. She then tells me oh I don’t know who you’ve been talking to but we are booked today . It’ll have to be tomorrow. I get irritated and say no at this point just refund me . This is incredible inconvenient and unprofessional. She says let me talk to my manager. Comes back to the phone and says we he said we have other orders today we’ll try to get to you today but we probably won’t so tomorrow we’ll try our best to deliver. I say no I need more than a try I want my refund yall are playing with me ! She says oh okay my manager said he’ll see what he can do about a refund . And we’ll call you back they have yet to get back to me about a refund . This has been the most upsetting experience I’ve ever experienced. I will never do business with this company again . I’ve paid almost everything out flat . And I still get the bare minimum service ! The two woman who taken part through this process was Ashlee swann and amber davis or David …. Extremely inconvenient
I have been a satisfied customer with Aaron’s since their first opening! I have never had any issues with any merchandise and for the past few years Ashley Swann has been amazing at making sure I get exactly what I need. She is always willing to help and answer any questions I may have as well as make great suggestions for me based on my interests! I don’t know what I would do without her!
