Julie who referred herself as the manager customer service is HORRIBLE. She is not professional nor was she helpful in my situation. I placed an order online completed verifications and everything. Online it stated to call the store and set up a pick up time. When I called Julie answered she stated she could not schedule a pick up because she need to verify items which I told her online it said it was completed. She then proceeded with an attitude saying she will not give me any devices until she verify information herself. 2 hours past and I received a text message from a 1800 number about how my payments would be set up. They stated I would receive a free month promo but I would need to pay $43 TODAY. When I completed my application online it stated I would not have to pay anything. So I called the store again to which JULIE picked up I explained to her the message I received and informed her that it’s no way I’m getting a promo of “free” if you’re requesting for a payment to be made today and weekly after today. She just kept saying “mhm okay” “mhm.” As if she has this “I don’t care” attitude. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS PEOPLE. FIND SOMEONE NEW. I’m currently calling in to cooperate on her. Just nasty rude and unprofessional attitudes. Go home if you’re having a bad day
THESE GUYS AT THIS LOCATION AND CORPORATE ARE TERRIBLE! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED MAN THEY HAD ME SIGN EVERYTHING AND TOOK MY MONEY AND AFTER ALL THE CONTRACTS WERE SIGNED AND MONEY TAKEN THEY TELL ME THEY DONT TAKE MY BANKING INSTITUTION! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WAS DOOPED FROM THE BEGINNING EVEN WHEN I CALLED CORPORATE THEY STILL SAID IT WILL TAKE DAYS TO CANCEL CONTRACT AND GET A REFUND!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS C0MPANY AND LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️(UPDATE) THAT IS BECAUSE THIS REVIEW IS UNDER A DIFFERENT EMAIL THEN WHAT I USED WITH YOU! IT ISNT HARD TO FIGURE OUT AS MY NAME IS THE EMAIL! My Agreement was canceled after continued requests for documents that were not clearly explained. Julie, who referred to herself as the manager, handled my application. She asked questions that wasn’t related to my application at all. I was also asked to pay a light bill that was only three day past due, which felt unreasonable. The experience here was frustrating and unprofessional the manger here really needs to be replaced
I’m So Over Whomever The New Store Manager Is At This Location The Company Will Fail If Continued To Allow This Person Be The Face Of This Location! BRING BACK CONNS!! I’m taking my 9 YEARS OF LOYALTY ELSEWHERE! I Can’t Allow The Negativity Of This Store To Continue To Ruin My Days I Cant Even Start A New Account As Soon As She Gets On The Call I Know It’s Going To Be The Worse Day After.
Been doing business with RAC and bought several items since 2020. Always a positive experience and the new manager goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. On time delivery, good communication. Ill continue to go back.
They’re willing to work with you if you miss a payment. There’s been times when I missed my weekly payment and they accept my next payment when times get hard. Sure there is a fee but it’s not much especially with the economy. As long as you fulfill payment they will work with you.
