So freaking annoying the day your payment is due they call you several times like you don’t know that’s the due date… I wouldn’t rent here you’re better off buying whatever cash if you can

They have poor communication how am I suppose to know that if you don’t make payments on time that you are not allowed to get anything else but the payment was made hell things happen I was trying to get a ps5 for a gift to someone and now I can’t because I haven’t been making payments on time that is crazy this rent a center gets 1 star for me I’m very upset because I should of been told that before I paid money for the ps5

We started using this location when frank was the manager. We didnt like how frank was selling us a ripped up couch. We tried to tell him amd he gave us a run around. Fast forward to after frank left or whatever happen to him norm and his team are AMAZING we havent had any problems. We are so greatful for them and we keep coming back because norm amd tim are amazing and respectful. I tell anyone to go and talk to them

I have been a customer at this location for over a year now, and I am very satisfied with the service I’ve received. I want to take a moment to recognize Tim for the amazing service he always provides. Every time I’ve worked with him, he has been nothing short of outstanding. Tim shows that he truly cares about his customers, and I appreciate the effort and professionalism he brings every single time. Also : Voo, I just want to sincerely apologize for snapping at you. That wasn’t fair to you, and I truly didn’t mean to come across that way. I appreciate your help and patience, and I’ll do better moving forward.

UPDATE: After dealing with the poor customer service from this location, I ended up reaching out to rent a center at a different location (905 E Park Row Dr, Arlington, TX 76010) they use the same profile got me approved and delivered my couch two days later. If looking to rent from someone, please go to the location that is quoted please stay away from this store. They gave me the runaround for no reason. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced here deserves to be called out. I initially applied online and received a clear approval after submitting all of my documents. The rep I spoke with (Tim) told me I was approved and that the only thing left was to speak with the manager to finalize payment setup. No mention of it being a “pre-approval” at all. I was told I’d receive a call back by 3 PM the next day, nobody followed up. I had to call them multiple times just to be told by the manager (Frank) that I wasn’t approved, without giving any real explanation. When I asked for clarity, he gave me a vague answer about not being able to verify my information, but couldn’t even tell me what couldn’t be verified so I could fix it. It felt like they weren’t even trying to help me or work with me at all. The entire experience was frustrating, full of runarounds, and completely disrespectful of my time. If I hadn’t followed up, I probably never would’ve heard from them again. Bottom line: poor communication, unprofessional staff, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. This location clearly doesn’t care about helping people—they just waste your time. And I still haven’t received my refund for reserving the item online. Which is another inconvenience because now I have to dispute the charge.
