Please read before you decide to purchase. I went in 12/31/25 to order my furniture. Mind you giving them a month ahead to get this ordered and scheduled. The week of when my furniture was supposed to be delivered I get told nothing was ordered. I call a few days before my delivery for 01/30/26 and I get told nothing was ever ordered due to their co workers “messing up”. Cool. I go up there give my NEW ADDRESS in writing too. Rescheduled to 01/31/26 10am-3pm due to the storm we had that week. Cool I let it pass. 01/31 comes and I call all day to make sure my furniture gets delivered. All day I’m told “soon , an hour etc” 5 pm rolls around and I call one last time and I get told they went to a completely different address. Mind YOU I wasted a whole day sitting around calling to be told this last minute the drivers “went home for the day”. You couldn’t bother to communicate with me? Call me at least? After I went up there to confirm the address? They ASSURE me 02/03/26 I will be FIRST delivery at 10 am to get my furniture delivered. They roll around 1 pm. Mind you I have my family helping me stay due to me and my husband work schedule. Inconsiderate of other people time by the way. They get there and go “ we don’t have all the pieces for your bed frame” here we go again. They ASSURE me again I will be getting the rest of my bed frame 02/04/26 first thing in the morning. It’s 02/04/26 6:41 pm and I again had to call all day about this. Again my family member leaving work to help me. Now it’s 7:20 and I still don’t have my damn bed frame completed. Yall are quick to keep the card on file and to collect payments tho ! Never AGAIN! Please believe people they LIE AND LIE ! If you don’t want to be chasing people and having no communication PLEASE DONT GO HERE ! Took this to corporate! Yall are INCONSIDERATE! DISRESPECTFUL WITH PEOPLES TIME ! they want you to work with THEIR schedule but can fix their ERROR and work WITH YOU!

Very unprofessional lied for days about delivering my furniture. Went so far as to lying saying it would be here at 8pm after my delivery time was 3-7 waited all day after a week or more and still nothing. Do not purchase from this store

I get paid my check goes to late fees I don’t get worked with and I get told I have to pay em I will not be purchasing anymore furniture with this company I can’t get groceries for my family and now I have to figure out my electric bill because they refuse to help with late fees that’s alll of my hard earned money reconsider before coming here

I rent from them for some years but their customer service is very bad! I was trying make a payment but they won’t pick up the phone all day. And I end up calling grand prairie Aaron’s and they won’t pick up too. So I call the one in an other city and they pick up had good customer service. She told me I had make my payment Thur them I said okay. So I went up there to make a payment they were just sitting there on their phones laughing with no customers around! And the phone still ringing and they not picking up! And I got it on my phone if I could I want post it to show what bad service looks like.

Wife said they showed up and very respectful. They set everything up nice. But as a person who lives the minor adjustments. Not they're fault. They dont live there. I do. Overall thanks. Thanks leo. My apartment looks great from what I've been told.
