I bought a washer and dryer and was given an appointment of 9am to 10am when I called at 10:00 he said they don’t come in until 10 and they will be on there way at 10 and at 11:06 I called them again and was told they just left for my place. Why schedule me for 9 to 10 If you’re not going to show up until like 11:45. This is ridiculous and the store should know better and on top of it I have an appointment in Grand Prairie tx 2 1/2 hours away at 2 pm this is ridiculous I give them one star for the unprofessional and being over 2 1/2 late

the workers here act like loan sharks even when you aren't late on a payment they have messed up my account due date several times now because of their mess up now I have threats to take away items that i'm not even late on don't get anything from these guys.
Really wonderful experience very much. Appreciate the time that Melissa took in helping us find the perfect items she went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.
