The black guy JEFF talked to me crazy telling me I’m going to pay my bill no matter what i did not take that well at all Talking to a customer as if their your child doesn’t sit well with me he do NOT need to be working for best way if yall wanna continue my services my money will go where i a respected an not called an get harassed while im at work at 10 a.m im not taking off on the same day my bill is do at 10 a.m just to make sure JEFF is satisfied HELL NO An I didn’t appreciate how David is the store manager and sit there and allowed JEFF to talk OUT LOUD to customers the way he did I am very disappointed also I called the head person RICK instead of him calling me he called Jeff to talk an me when I get to the store Jeff said u called my boss that did not do anything but make him call me ok at this point he’s messing around with me HE NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BEST WAY this not customer service I really wanna cancel my business I only have a washer and dryer I can easily go somewhere else and get another one with better service gotta do better
Best Way are the absolute best!!! They have served me and my family for years and we’ve never been disappointed! I love their merchandise and services. I had a great experience! The new manager is awesome, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location. The atmosphere in the store is totally better under the new manager. Thanks Bestway for such a great experience!
Evelyn very pleasant and nice. Seems to be overworked but still pushes through with a smile. Needs more training on how to conduct business with contracts but that’s an easy fix if her leadership puts forth the proper effort, With all that said communication could be more effective in regards to what will come with the delivery of a washer and dryer, as well as what you will have to purchase. Purchased on May 17, 2025 did not receive delivery until 5/28/25 due to their driver quit. I was offered a month free for the inconvenience which was taken off the back end of the contract without discussion. I had to call and ask since the paperwork I received to sign for receipt of delivery did not reflect a month free month due date. The delivery driver was very nice and pleasant. He arrived an hour before the scheduled delivery which took him no time to set up. He was very thorough in communication with me regarding how to use and as well as he tested everything before leaving. I hope the company provides Evelyn with what she needs to be successful and more confident in her role.
First off I've been dealing with Bestway for over ten years. I just love Jose and Jeff, they treat me with kindness and respect. Recently I special ordered a 2-piece reclining couch set with lights under the bottom (which looks amazing).
