This place is Awesome, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman Patrick and I told him what I was looking for then he referred me to his manager Sonya. She was very nice And help me through my process It was fast And everything that I walked in Needing I was able to get it the same day!!!The atmosphere was very pleasant and they were so nice! The delivery guys was very nice,respectful and placed everything right were I needed it!! I look forward to sharing with others that need a fresh start to go there. I look forward to getting more things from them in the future 🔮. Thanks so much Ms.Sonya and Mr.Patrick for helping me on my NEW BEGINNING 🤗

I just got a PS5 from this store and the process was fast easy and affordable. Customer service was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the wait time was reasonable. The process itself took less than 10m. 10/10.

Terrible Customer Service & Poor Time Management The transaction when purchasing the couch went smoothly, but everything after that was extremely disappointing. I was incorrectly charged for a second month, even though it was clearly agreed and documented that I only needed the couch for one month. I paid the full month in advance and scheduled both delivery and pickup dates and times accordingly. For delivery, the window was 3–6 PM. I left work early to be home on time, only for the delivery to arrive close to 7 PM. Things happen right? So, my real issue was with the pickup. The pickup was scheduled a month in advance for the same 3–6 PM window, and once again I left work early to be available. 30 minutes before 6 PM, I received a call—not to ask—but to tell me the pickup needed to be rescheduled due to them running behind. Time is money, and this is now TWICE that my time was not respected. To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager, there was no apology, no accountability, and no empathy for the inconvenience caused. The lack of professionalism, poor time management, and disregard for customers’ time has left me very disappointed with the level of service.
