Got a brand new Element TV straight out the box and only lasted 6 days. Called the El Campo location to report it at 5 o'clock when I got home and she said she will have someone from the Bay City office to call me back. Both stores closed for the night and never got a return phone call back. I am so upset

Went in to purchase a Washer, and a refrigerator. Was not greeted, was passed over multiple times by the cashier. When I asked how long it’ll be before we get help, she stated that she had to help a customer that came in after us first and then she would be right with us. Nope, went to Rent A Center

I had the best experience yesterday with Ashley W. at the El Campo location. We had our tv mess up and I had been calling the store and getting the run around from Roberto (I think was his name). So I decided to go in person to the store to make sure my claim was done correctly. Ashley W went above and beyond to make sure I got the same tv I wanted. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. She always had a friendly smile the entire time I was there. If you go to the El Campo or Bay City location....ask for Ashley W. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to get appliances, except when some things not working properly and you have to call them for 2 days and when they say they will be there to check it out they dont even knock on the door they left a card on the fence. I have been home all day waiting for them to come and look at or fix my washer. Very disappointed.

I moved to El Campo from another State, went to R.A.C and they took my money and never showed. Days later I inquired and they said I couldn't have new furniture because I had not been here for 6 mos. Well, thanks for the phone call. I went to Aaron's and had furniture the next day. I utilized the 120 days same as cash and they gave me a discount for my next lease. I'm thankful to Aaron's and will continue to be a happy customer for some time I am sure.

When we moved down from oklahoma, we went to the Aarons in El Campo, got a couch, a bed, a bedroom set, and a tv, all brand new. Upon delivery, they scratched up our entry way. Denting the drywall, and breaking the railing outside. They delivered the couch with a tear in the fabric on the arm, the tv, the bedroom, but no mattress. Instead they gave us a "loner mattress"... -_- the dresser was scratched, and the night stand was broken. They kept calling my wife, asking for me, though, they have my number, and we had told them, several times, what my number was. Even now, six months later, they are still making this mistake. Took 3 months of arguing with the manager and assistant manager, to finally get them to understand we wanted our payment on the 15th, not the 1st. After 3 months, of all this pain... we still hadn't received our mattress. They kept telling us it was back ordered, and they didn't know when it would be in. Finally, my back gave out on the "loner mattress", so we went out and bought a mattress. Called them and told them to pick up the bedroom furniture, and couch. Took them 3 weeks to get it. No calls from them, saying, "sorry we didn't make it today, due to weather" ...or whatever... We asked for a discount on the tv, due to paying for a mattress, that we never recieved. We were told we were given the discount, but our payment for the tv is still the same. Well a few months later, I got laid off from the oilfield. And after much discussion, the wife and I decided we couldn't afford the payment on the tv anymore. Now here it has been 3 weeks, and we are still waiting for them to come pick it up. We work Monday through Friday, and Saturdays. The first attempt was on a Saturday, a no call, no show, i called monday, and rescheduled for friday which was also a no call, no show... on monday, the manager called, and was very short with me... why? Because your guys didn't show up??? We rescheduled it for today at 1pm... and here we are... sitting at home, its now 3pm... and still no one has shown up. This is rediculous.
