Staff in the Fresh Deli were AWESOME... Asked what we needed and took their time on getting everything done proper. Keep up the good work, and keep that motivation going.

February 3rd 10:45 pm This is the first time in the history of me going into H-E-B you going to H-E-B and they don't have a restroom for customers I asked an employee why is the restroom closed during business hours they said they cleaned the floors and they are slippery from being mop I was like really just say you guys are lazy and you don't want to clean up after the store has been closed restroom should remain open till the last customer leaves the store . Store on 1212 South closner Edinburg you can do better in this get your stuff together.

Just another HEB with overpriced items. Now they want us to do the self checkout. I guess we will soon be stocking the shelves as well. Didn't they learn anything from the DISASTER at Walmart?

Growing up this location didn’t look modern or clean. Walking into this store now, the layout is easier to navigate and the entire store is cleaner. I like that the store atmosphere is elevated through the work of the overnight maintenance staff.

Worst customer service ever! Don’t waste your time or money here. I submitted an application online. Nobody ever called me I had to be calling. I finally went to the store and was told the item I wanted was not in stock. I was told to leave 25.00 and they would order it. I had to be calling and checking they never once called me.all this time my item was “on the way” ! Only to be told 1 week 1/2 that they wanted 150.00 more to order it! WTH. Don’t do business here.

Terrible management. No one calls when they are going to deliver or pick up expect you to stay home all day I’m sorry no if I had a choice I would rather do business with the one in Harlingen they are awesome

Used to be great management, terrible owners and even worse customer service. The first post is not current of todays environment. Wonderful management and great deals for those situations that you need something and can’t afford right away.

This HEB is thriving with great energy, great products, everything smells delicious!! The staff is super friendly, hard at work keeping everything stocked up to the T, everyone looks spectacular in their working uniforms. This is def a must go to place! Haven’t seen such great looking produce in a while, the meat and chicken out on display were so appetizing and ready for a savory dish. Stop in and get some of that deliciousness, YEAH!!

I have been a customer with this location for over 5 years. The staff at this site is stellar. They have worked with me when I needed it the most and has always treated me like a customer and not a dollar sign.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
