Been paying on a couches for a few years every payment has came out until here recently so as soon as I get our fireplace paid off we are never using them again!! I had proof of my bank statements that the payment was coming out but they still processed to tell me I owe them money my couches are being returned today im done with them !! And when my couches broke I called and asked about the warranty they proceeded to tell me I had no warranty!!

Easily the worst experience of my life. Stay away!!! Have ordered an item, they called me and could not deliver item for another two weeks. Ok, fine, talked me into another item. Great, it will be here the next day, wonderful. Except, it’s a piece of trash. I have gone through three managers trying to get anything done and guess who’s STILL got a broken item?? Yup. And no response from ANY of them.
Joey and his team go above and beyond for me. Aarons has made it easy for me to have my monthly rental charges, debited the third of the month so I don't have to worry about it.

These guys at Aaron's have been out to my house many times bringing me whatever item I need. Every time they are courteous, greet you with a smile, professional mannerisms and don't leave until you are completely satisfied. A day or two later I get a phone call asking me if I'm satisfied with everything and all is going well. I tell you what, there's nobody who can beat their customer service! Ya'll should give them a try and see if you don't get the best customer service in the county (maybe even the state).

Most recently Joey and his professional staff got me into the living room set of my dreams! I will be back! Thank you Joey for your tireless efforts and above and beyond business practice!
