Customer reviews
Took out 2 beds for my kids and when they delivered they were just putting the boxes up against the wall and I asked if they could set it up and they told me no because they had other deliveries. Aren’t they supposed to have free delivery and set up?
Manager, refused to send payment record. After over charging for a mattress and frame. He also refused to send contract agreement. Eagle Pass rent a center is a joke. They are a bunch of thief’s. SHOP ELSE WHERE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Excellent service. The employees were very helpful in helping. I would totally keep going there
The staff is extremely helpful, Alfredo delivered my phone on a timely manner and I’m so happy!!
Always Friendly , Helpful and understanding , been buying from them for a while , ask for rolando or joe always great help if they don’t have it they will order it for customer satisfaction.
I looked for used dinette sets in Eagle Pass and everyone wanted ridiculous amounts on Compro y Vendo, second hand stores, etc. for a second hand item that were not only damaged, but also not in the best shape. I decided to go to RAC and scored very gently used practically new dinette set that was super sturdy and at a very great price despite being a rent to own item. Franky helped my husband and I and even gave us a coupon for a discount on our first month. Very satisfied not only with the item, but with the customer service Franky provided us with.
