My wife and I went get a beds for us and our kiddo...for a penny..we was supposed to get both bed delivery on Monday ..when they deliver the beds they only deliver my wife and I bed..we had to pay another 25 dollars to get our son bed.. we brought it home that day ...we get the beds on the 29th on Monday...we already had to make a payment of 71 dollars on the bed on Saturday..then they wanted us to turn around make another 144 dollars again next Saturday... They trying to rip me off ... I wasn't haven't... When the guy comes to get the bed he was like what you going to steal the stuff because I refused to let them rip me off ... They are a joke... i would go to Arron's way better company

They stepped up right away and helped us get a new fridge the same day. The process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. Everyone was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help us out in a tough situation. We’re incredibly grateful and highly recommend this Rent-A-Center location to anyone in need of quick, reliable service.

This store should get Absolutely ZERO stars. Whoever has hired this new unprofessional, wannabe manager ALIE, or however she spells her name need to expeditiously reconsider her position she is absolutely TERRIBLE! WHO makes false reports uh she does! She sells appliances that has bugs in them and aren’t clean and still tried to charge the full amount! FYI I’ve personally paid off thousands and thousands of dollars with previous management but RAC will never get a dime from me! DISGUSTING I tell you‼️

I've never really had a bad experience with RAC! They have overall always had our back with making sure we had "new/like new" merchandise from them and have always had a proper, genuine and professional manner when delivering to my home! They answer any and all questions we may have about the product and are all around a great company to not only raise your credit but also to own whatever you are renting from them in a fair, lengthy time at a budget-friendly price!
