I have been using Aaron's since 1997 I believe I've had great experiences through many years but I now use the store located in Decatur Texas let me tell you what the people there are awesome The delivery guys are polite kind absolutely love these guys and Miss Ruthie she is got to be one of the best employees I know I don't have to give my name she knows my voice a lot of times I purchase things sight unseen I just tell her what I'm looking for and she picks it out and sends it to me I do not know what I would do without these people they are so wonderful if you get a chance stop by see them check out their products and always make sure to tell them that I said hi

Always my go to when I need and just don't have the funds on hand. Great staff\customer service. Works with you! They make having what you need in your home easy. Just remember, credit isn't free, people rent stuff and destroy.. so expect to pay about double for it, in easy monthly, or you have that i think 90 days to pay in full..I just usually find and buy and then return, but have paid out a few things too.

I was renting a washer/dryer set. My husband was laid off and I had to return it until he found another job or unemployment started. Larry and staff were super about the whole situation and even though I returned it temporarily he said I could call when things got better and get reinstated with the same set or similar set and not lose the $$ I had paid on it!

Absolutely the worst! I was told I would get an email reminder about my payment being due. And that never happened when I called the store and told then I was going past my due date they said they would put it down no big deal. Then they continued to harass me every day multiple times a day and show up at my house. When I called up there I talked to the assistant manager because the manager is on vacation and was told I need to figure out the email situation because those are sent by corporate and they don't have any communication with them and that if I did call they would have put it down. Which obviously they didn't because I've told them 3 dang times.
