The manager and the gentlemen who came out to help me out on several occasions were always informative, courteous, and friendly. The appointments were fast next day Would highly recommend
I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional treatment I received during a recent phone call with your office. I was informed that failing to answer my phone is considered a problem, despite the fact that my phone was broken for over a week and only recently repaired. When I explained this, I was told that this was not an acceptable excuse and was asked why I didn’t respond sooner—as if I had a choice in the matter. Additionally, I was made to feel disrespected and unfairly judged. I have never been late on a payment, yet I was accused of being someone who is “broke” and attempting to run off with items. That accusation is not only untrue, but completely uncalled for. I was also told that I still owe money for items I know I’ve already paid for, but no clear explanation or breakdown . I am requesting a respectful and transparent conversation to resolve this matter. Professionalism and clear communication should always be a priority, and I believe I deserve to be treated with fairness and respect. If you ever go to the store, please do not speak with Keith. He is rude disrespectful don’t care what he says to people and just think he can talk to anybody any type of way.
