Even though I'm closer to the Palestine location.I have to always go to the Crockett location for help.Palestine location never helps me this location always.They try to find me the best deals. I love the service they give me. Keep up the good work

Great store, friendly staff. I enrolled in auto pay. Just paid off my washer and dryer today. I love the set, had no problems with them. Will buy again.

The options are decent, but the service was... non existent. We went in looked around and waited forever but nobody ever came to talk to us, so we just left. We went in twice with the same quality of service. After researching, we found that you are paying almost triple the cost of what the items are worth. We went to Home Depot and bought our appliances instead, we also went to Darseys to get furniture on clearance. It's just not worth being in so much debt for a slightly lower monthly payment.

Experience very poor. Don't put your card on file with this store. Management agree to working with us then they don't hold up their end of the agreement. They don't value their customers and often have attitudes when you call them. Will not be working with this store again. If they would stop trying to kick their coworkers out of certain positions they could focus on more important issues.
