got home tv was broke, transported fine, we had a slow ride home for the tv so it obviously wasn’t us that broke it and the store manager MATT can’t do anything even tho they were the ones the break it😩 don’t reccomend this place, i’m not even finna pay it off cuz this is crazy😭😭

I’ve been with them for my entire adult life and I’m 38. But I’ve been with this store for 10 yrs and counting. I love the boss man he is so understanding and kind. They all help me when I run into a problem with my payment. They never get rude or nasty always saying thanks for communicating and when can we put you down? I just love this store. I’ve furnished my entire house from them and it’s all high quality furniture.

Just about everything I own in my home is from here. I have never had a problem with them working with me and my favorite feature is their "Same as cash" option. I have had to deal with a rude person or two but I know people have bad days so I don't get too mad about it. Thank you for furnishing my home, Rent A Center!
