Updated review. Shawn is a weak manager this place has a terrible location. No customer loyalty. Do not rent here. Dylon and Madison are terrible at customer Service as well. Waited several hours for a call back. Older review Eric and Colton were very helpful. I recently had a medical procedure that left me unable to sit in my old recliner. They went above and beyond. I am more than pleased. 5 stars 🌟!! Highly recommend.

This company does NOT care about you or your family. It’s entirely money to them. Don’t get behind a SINGLE payment. Even if it’s $60 and you’re 8months pregnant in the hospital. Best believe they’ll be there the next day to grab your furniture. Don't worry, I made my payment! Wont be using Aarons for another thing!

My husband always took care of the “repairs and services” within the home. I lost him last week right before needing repairs on my riding mower. It wasn’t a repair Aaron’s normally did, but they came to my rescue anyways. Being a single mom, full time job, full time student it was just another stress added to me and Aaron’s took it away for me. It’s really the small things and the right service guys. That small thing made me cry cause it was just a relief and a weight lifted off my shoulders. I had to step inside for a bit so they didn’t see me cry and I don’t think they realize how grateful I am.

I went out of town for a family an emergency couple months back ! I arrived home today to see they placed my account in collections. My boyfriend told me they came by and he let some one know I was gone and he will be taking care of it. I’ve called 3 times the IVR said that my call will be handle by a team member yet it don’t ring at all it hangs up! I need answers

I just had a fridge delivered today and I my husband is traveling for work and I am almost 30 weeks pregnant so I asked the delivery guys if they could move my old fridge just out of the way ( I really wanted it on the curb because it doesn’t work and it’s just trash but accepted they couldn’t do that) but I physically could not move the fridge out of the way..well there were 2 delivery drivers and one was saying that it doesn’t matter if I’m pregnant they won’t touch it while the other was like “yeah okay in this instance we could” well the other delivery guy said absolutely not and then handed me his phone to talk to the GM who said the exact same thing and I’m a stay at home mom of 3 kids and almost 30 weeks pregnant and my husband is traveling and I have absolutely zero people to come help me move a fridge and they refused until finally the GM agreed to move the old fridge “very little” out of the way and at this point I was already crying and shaking from being stressed out..while the one delivery guy is scoffing at me and giving me a horrible attitude..I’m sorry but I pay almost $450 a month to Aaron’s for furniture, washer & dryer, and now a fridge I definitely do not deserve the treatment I received today. Pictures included are the condition the fridge they delivered is in. Not acceptable when I am paying $40 a week..or $160 a month… Update: they are coming out tomorrow to replace the doors on the fridge.
