I got behind on my payments unfortunately and I tried to pay partial payment and they would not except it nor work with me, they picked up my set,washer,dryer, a mess of water and things had to be moved and didn't offer to put things back in place, but luckily I have already replaced set with another company. This evening I have a huge mess to clean up. š

Katrina is the reason for the one star review. I have great to decent experiences with everyone else but Katrina is rude, condescending, childish and if you ask me shady as heck. My payment dates keep getting changed and then she has the nerve to call when a payment doesnāt go through. At this point I feel she does this to retaliate if you have issues with her!

I like Donna and Brian they are definitely the face of the store. Itās crazy they have to suffer with the store behind these ratings. Itās always the back personnel with the rude behavior and they expect you to be okay. No Iām not going to be okay especially if Iām paying my money. Katrina is the worst and as many bass reviews about her and the Divisional board hasnāt done anything about it is crazy. If Iām set on the 7th and 24th why call me ??? Donāt run my card until them days or change it. Then it donāt go through you hounding and expect me to not get an attitude with your dry monotone voice . Stop it!!! Thatās my fault for not looking at the reviews. I have already contacted someone.

If I could give a INDIVIDUAL the rating I would, because Brian deserves 5 stars hands down! I only like dealing with him and only him. He knows his products, he knows how to treat a customer and handle any situation. His professional attitude and customer service is top notch!

I had ordered a couch and I was waiting for them to be delivered to my apartment never showed and late I called the store no help at all I didn't know what was going on with their deliveries they knew that they were late but couldn't tell me when they are arriving it's already past the time of their so-called delivery time very ridiculous
