Was ok until this morning, I've been a customer for well over a year, and this morning someone from there called asking when I was going to catch up on the 'missed payment' from last week. I told her I already did and she sounded kind of... disagreeable? Almost argued? I noticed the money didnt come out of my normal account. Thats why I made a manual payment on the same day it always comes out, within literal minutes of the missed payment. It was never behind and there was no reason for her to call. I work overnights and dont appreciate being riled up when i'm trying to sleep. I understand human error I understand mistakes happen. But if you have a customer that has never in over a year caused you any problems why wouldn't you look close at the account to make sure theres not something youre missing before disturbing said customer. And for goodness sake when you realized you made a mistake, APOLOGIZE instead of back pedaling and saying that you meant you were asking about next weeks payment. 🙄 I miss good customer service. next time you can just take your junk back.

I m always so hot i use a window unit with my Central Heat and Air system. If its not between 66 to 68 at night I can't sleep. I went to Aarons to get a window unit, running a little low on cash at the moment. First unit I got wasn't working. Sure it was dropped at MF because the box had never been open and looked perfect. Spoke with Chris the manager, he was so good to us and exchange it immediately. Took unit 2 home, it was so loud when to compressor kicked on it shook the window. I call Chris the manager, he told us to come back. He then took new units out of the box till I found the perfect unit. I'm so sorry if you had a bad experience. Maybe you can try again with the new manager, Chris. They took got care of me and I will continue doing business with them.I just want to Thank you, Chris. I will recommend your store to everyone. If you go by, make sure to talk to Kellie. She's a hoot.

I love this store. It is a rent to own , but the manager Kris at the Bellmead store is the best. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. His whole staff is very accommodating. If he doesn't have it in his store he will order what you need. If you're looking for something that you need give Bellmead Aaron's a call. If you have had a bad experience in the past and are skeptical Kris is the new manager and will take care of you.

Good Morning Currently 8:30Am And AARONS BANGING AT MY DOOR LIKE THE POLICE !!!!! FIRST OFF IM START BY SAYING DONT NEVER RENT JUST BUY YOUR STUFF CASH . SO CHRIS , (The manager ) POSE TO BE MANGER ANYWAY . I got my stove from them and the come by my house and say my payments due . I’m trying to figure out how is my payment due and on the Aaron App it’s says April the 30th and Not a declined transactions was on my account cause he put the payment auto for April 30 ……. IM TRYING TO FIGURE HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE SO WHEN THEY COME THIS MORNING … I opened THE DOOR CAUSE I WILL NOT DEAL WITH SOMEONE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE BUSINESS . THE DRIVER THOUGHT HE WAS THE HULK TRYING TO TAKE IT OUT MY DOOR BY HIS SELF AND BEND THE METAL PART ON MY DOOR ALL THE WAY BACK . THEY BUSNIESS AND SERVICE WAS TRASH NEVER RECOMMEND !!!
