Rent a center continues to automaticlly draft payments from my account for a refrigerator that I don't own. I'll be in contact with someone today. AGAIN

This is the second time we have been screwed over by this store. The manager and employees are a joke and do no know the agreements that are signed. The first time we used them was to get a bed frame for our daughter. The frame was advertised as 6 months same as cash. We signed the agreement and paid 2 months of it then decided to pay it off. We added what we had paid and subtracted it from the 6 month same as cash price and took the money to the store to pay off the item. The manager told my husband we owed significantly more than we did. My husband went over the contract with him and showed him what we owed. The manger (after a lot of arguing) finally took what was owed and we owned the bed frame. Fast forward to 2 days ago, my washer burned out. We are in between checks right now so we decided to give them one more chance. We went online, found a washer and dryer set and was told it would be $10 for the first week. We paid the $10, signed the agreement and scheduled an appointment for drop off. I waited until the drop off window closed and called the store to see why the delivery was not made. Gloria informed me that I would need to pay the entire first month in order to have the washer and dryer delivered. I asked why this was not told to me during the scheduling and she said the note in the computer says I was informed. I was not informed or I would have cancelled the entire order. I then called the store in Orange and asked the lady there if this was company policy and was informed that No it is not. I also called the cooperate office and was informed again that this is not store policy however the items we chose were not part of the $10 deal. Please tell me why I was able to complete the entire order online and sign an agreement if my items were not part of the deal. Rent a center is a lying, money hungry place. I do not suggest using them for anything.

FIRST . How is Reggie still employed ? He’s by far the worst manager I’ve ever came across . I have an account with yall that is CURRENT .. I have 2 more payments and it will be paid off . I received an approval amount for more items and I inquired . I called up to the store because they refunded my payment . And he tells me they canceled it because I make my payment when I feel like it . Which is false . Why would you give me an approval amount if I pay my account when I feel like it . Which it’s fine I’ll move on about my day . The fact was he was extremely rude about it and when I tried to ask a question he would tell me he wasn’t sure what I was even talking about . Very rude and unprofessional he needs to be fired …

Depress-A-Center First they wouldn't honor a promo. Then we get a contract signed and all squared just for the ID scan machine to be an issue. Try to have my wife pick up the item and get told have to do the contract under her name. Should be a 10 minute process, she spends 45 minutes and that's before receiving the contract. This store does not have their stuff together. The best part is the store manager, he is professional and patient. Way too good to be at this place.

Blaine, Kendrick and Reggie did a great job on my order. Delivered on time and set up with no issues. I appreciate them going above and beyond to assist. I definitely felt like a appreciated customer. You should definitely come here for your household and entertainment purchases ❤️❤️❤️💯
