Tried to rent something from them, went up there to get it so they didn't have to deliver it but they kept jerking me around saying they need a piece of mail with my name and address, then when I provided it they still didn't give it to me. Then they supposedly refunded my money but it never hit my card, so I came up to get my money back and they apparently have no money in the drawer

The manager is very nice and they worked with me in my hard time’s.

The Staff and Management Team were very Professional, Polite, and prompt on delivering my uncle's furniture for his new home. They were also efficient in addressing technical issues with his smart TV. From start of his leasing contracts to post delivery the service went smoothly and hassle free..

A woman name Cindy that works at Aaron’s is very rude. When I kept explaining to her what was going on she ended up hanging up in my face. If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t easy and simple. Hell rent a center is 10x better an a lot nicer. I was told that I would be only paying 27 a week on my furniture but I guess the lady that was helping forgot to mention that they can’t do weekly payments over the phone. If I would have e known that I would have never did business with Aaron’s. Don’t get me wrong I love my furniture it’s very nice and comfortable but Aaron’s needs to hire people with better attitudes because if it was my choice I would have fired Cindy. And then when they call to let you know your account is due or past due the lady that calls talks to damn fast you can’t understand a word she is saying like slow down you ain’t in a race for the worlds fastest talker.

I drive my widowed, disabled veteran friend everywhere she needs to go, because she can't drive safely. This same friend rented a refrigerator from this Aaron's location, so I have taken her to make payment at the beginning of each month. Just a couple of months in, and they typically call to remind you when it's due, which is nice. They called her to let her know, and she made arrangements to pay the next day. The next morning, they call her. She explained that she had made arrangements to be there later that day. The caller didn't care. No big deal... Yet. I took her to make the payment. She made the payment and looked at a couch. We were there for a little while. They never said there was a problem processing the payment and there should not have been a problem with it. She later received two other calls as if she'd never been in to make payment. I listened on speakerphone as they asked her to come back in and make a full month payment for a refrigerator they would be picking up mid-month. Call ended with my friend frustrated at the rude caller and telling them to just come pick it up. The caller only very threateningly said they would, but didn't confirm when. Had to call the corporate line, and they claimed that they couldn't force the issue without passing it to the regional manager. Regional manager was very kind and clarified a lot for us. Even fixing the situation to my friend's liking. The bill is squared and the pickup is scheduled. If you want to do business with Aaron's, I would suggest that you pick another location. Which is similar to what the corporate representative was telling us: they have a limited amount of control, so it helps to know the actual people working the store before doing business there. Anyone who can not travel at their own leisure might want to make that very clear. I have to think that this extra difficulty does not bode well for their business model, but I do suggest this level of diligence if you don't like to be hassled otherwise.
