This place is pure TRASH DON'T I MEAN DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE BEAUMONT LOCATION... 1ST OFF YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU WANT & WHEN IT BREAKS DOWN THEY ALWAYS SAY WELL THE MAN HAS TO COME FROM LOUISIANA TO FIX IT.TRIED TO GET MY WASHER & DRYER FIXED THAT WENT OUT LAST YEAR JUST TO BE TOLD THATS WHAT THE WARRANTY IS FOR & THEY BROUGHT A USED SET BUT WANT ME TO CONTINUE TO PAY FOR THE BROKE SET CAN'T TELL ME WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED, CAN'T ADJUST THE BILL NOR ANYTHING ELSE NO LOYALTY IN THIS COMPANY THEY WILL HAWK U DOWN BUT CAN'T REIMBURSE YOU OR DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOUR SATURDAY WHEN IT'S ALL THEIR FAULT... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TRASH TO ANYONE I KNOW APPARENTLY THE WARRANTY IS NO GOOD EITHER IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO GET THE STUFF YOU PAID FOR TO COME BACK AND STILL BE BROKEN.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT, COMPANY IS NOT HOLDING UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN ALL THESE PEOPLE DO IS HARASS YOU ABOUT MONEY...SAD SITUATION

The worst experience ever. My first time going here. They were rude and the sales lady loused my order aaaaallllll up. I was clear on needing a queen bed set and a twin bed set. I chose a display queen bed that was “as is”. Paid cash. I then chose a twin set. She put me on a pymt plan for $26. (This was March). When everything was delivered, tell me why they gave me a big ugly king frame a queen mattress and queen boards though? Even a queen mattress cover. How did y’all even send me this bed? It wasn’t even assembled. I chose the assembled set….it was Queen. As is. They still haven’t fixed this issue for me. So I still got this mismatched combo. They delivered the twin set, it was JUST A MATTRESS. Let’s be clear now, if I wanted just a mattress why wouldn’t I just buy it out right like I did with the $1000 as is set?? Or why wouldn’t you upsell me? Just a mattress y’all? Really? I was the only one that understood what I wanted that day. I’m not sure what this girl had in mind. Idk how our wires got this crossed. I thought we were together on this. They said they’d fix this and still haven’t. So here we are, we missed ONE pymt because I’m trying to get some rectification. Are y’all adding the twin bed frame to the account? Adjusting the monthly? Nope instead y’all came to my house and basically tried to intimidate a minor into opening the door. A 15 year old. Who can’t conduct business. “Gimme my mattress you old enough to open the door”. Seriously?? I work the same hours of your operation hours. So I’m usually never home throughout the daytime. Business hours. Don’t know if they’re accredited by the BBB but I went to them anyway. But this was messed up man. Now I have a child with no bed and i got a queen mattress and a king frame still in my room

I have dealt with AHF for about a year to a year and a half I got several items from them and I can say that I am truly satisfied with my purchase, length of time it took to complete it, the service that I received and the willingness of the staff to work with me on everything I absolutely love Ms. Tiffany! I Purchased multiple items from the Beaumont store. Staff very friendly, Store Manager Jeff is the best. The whole staff makes you feel welcoming and make sure you leave out happy with the perfect piece of furniture or appliance you need. Delivery staff is great as well. Always deliver on time and make sure they stay until the unit is set up and perfect in home to customers liking. Great Job Affordable I will recommend everyone I know to you all.

I started doing business with these guys a few months ago , I was using another rent to own company, but these guys at Affordable in Beaumont were so friendly.The sales manager Chris took his time and walked with me and answered every question I had. Treated me as if we were family. Top knock store
