I'm still making payments on a used mattress they gave me with stains and everything I called and nothing was done about it no apology or even a concern
Worst place ever to try and purchase something! The manager has zero customer service skills! I stayed in contact with them about my account being compromised and working nights and sleeping days and the manager had the audacity to get rude with me and treat me like I stole his merchandise!! I return the iPad I was purchasing and went to another company where they have wonderful customer service! Maybe this rent a center should consider new management. The other employees however were pleasant I just hate to be them working for him.
I am leaving a review for the store in Baytown. I have purchased two tv and a sectional couch from them. Nick was my salesman for those purchases. I have no complaints about him. I recently was looking at purchasing another sectional from them, and this time spoke with Lilly the sales manager. She was extremely tacky and rude. She said there were some cosmetic issues with the sofa and they didn't want to get stuck with it if I didn't want it. I asked her if they could send me some picture. She straight out said no we're not doing that. So basically they dont want to be inconvenienced, but its ok to inconvenience me. Then I asked well if I have to go to this other store can my account be transferred over there. That was her attitude kick in full force. I then asked to speak with the now manager Nick. He explained depending on the distance my account can be moved. Im in the middle of the two store, so there shouldn't be an issue. I called the store that has the couch, and guess what, the sales lady has no issue sending me pictures. If im purchasing something online why do I want to come into the store. Not sure how Lilly has managed to be the sales manager this long. Her customer service skills are definitely lacking. I have never been told by a sales person your the problem. They didn't say that when they took my money the previous three purchases. Lilly must not work for commission any longer. I do not recommend this store if you expect any kind of customer service.
Ordered a bedroom set and mattress online on Friday. Salesman called me on Monday and asked me about it. Wednesday I went in and presented all documents and was told it’ll be 3 weeks before it actually arrives. Okay so they said that I had to give them a deposit which was to be applied to my monthly payment. Okay they called it’s here and I said when can you deliver . Told me Wednesday no delivery and I called them and they said we need lease ,income verification and ID . I said I already did that. Today they said my next payment due on Monday. I’m like I have received my bed . How are going to request payment on something I have not received. This place is a joke. Not a good company to deal with
