I have been renting a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Aaron's almost a year now. I had to go this direction as when I moved here the home i'm renting did not come with those appliances. That's a story in itself. Aaron's are like loan sharks. Their rates are very high even for their low end appliances. I decided to rent their higher end/newer appliances due to seeing reviews that were not favorable on their used ones. A couple of months in my financial situation changed and everything is now falling on me as far as the monthly payments go. These people literally harass you at your home like loan sharks! I understand contractually where i'm at yet a year's worth of payments and if you miss or are late they come knocking on your door. They are very unorganized and if you call to speak to someone they are rude and don't note your account. They don't care what you are going through. If you don't give them a payment date you are told that they will keep coming by your home to collect. This is so evasive! I have spent almost $4k and haven't even made a dent in purchasing these appliances! You are better off buying used appliances if you can't afford new ones. Don't rent as they rip you off in interest and fees. If you are late trust this they will come to your home daily. I can't wait to move so they can come get their property!

Received first set that was full of pet hair and dirty and busted up when I was told it would be perfect condition and that they cleaned and sanitized their product. They sent the 2nd set with even more pet hair and worse condition. I sent it all back, won't be dealing with this store

I ordered Oct 10th. I was told My delivery would be here Monday. It’s Thursday 8:20 pm and we still haven’t heard from anybody. If I’d known all this I promise you I would have paid 1000$ more at conns. At least it would have been installed as well. And on time. Still haven’t received product. Yet when it’s time to pay then communication will be perfect and on time. NEVER AGAIN

Great store and wonderful employees. But i Had a 43 inch tv and ps4 from them 4 yrs ago and it got stolen and they still wont allow me to purchase anything. After montly with my payments i paid the $10 extra dollars a month for the insurance for fire,damange or theft. Dont feel they stood up to their word and was just taking extra money for no reason. Now they wont me to pay money back on something they already charged off and put on my credit...

I went in and the guy helping me, Xavier was very professional. He knew he had a lot of customers to help and tried to be as quick as possible but I didn’t feel rushed at all! He kept talking and was friendly. The whole staff was friendly and very positive. They answered all of my questions and worked with me on delivery details to fit my needs!
