If I could leave no stars I would I was waiting all day for a delivery of washer & dryer and set I called the store all day no answer I finally got in contact with someone at 6pm and asked for an update on delivery status they said there was issues with the dryer and were trying to get it handled before delivery but the story changed and said that they couldn’t even deliver to my address but they had my address when I signed the lease in store.

I am currently renting a ps5 from Bastrop Aaron's and it hasn't been the smoothest experience. They rented out faulty controllers which I took back and each time each controller didn't work correctly which I took videos of. They said if I bought a new controller I would get a month off which I did and they did honor. My payment is on the first of every month but they like to take it before that date and if I bring the payment in the store to pay in person they told me technically it will be the next month and I would have to pay extra charges. Should I maybe call their corporate? I feel as though I should take in consideration the months I payed full rental price since June of 2025 for a items that did not function properly. It has been a frustrating experience.
