Highly would not recommend having anything delivered or picked up I was told they would be here at 2 to pick something up and I have called on and off and been told he will be there in a couple of minutes it is now 6 at night and still no pick up
If I could give a ZERO I would Lauren is a complete jerk. I sent all stuff back after paying 1,000s and nothing being paid off. They called me harassing stating I paid 120 on a rug, mind you it took them 3 weeks to Come get my furniture I sent back and MY HUSBAND had to load it! They stated the rug was on my last contract but kept advising I sign a new one for the rug? Very weird right. Well my kids were playing outside when their driver pulled in my driveway like a bat out of hell. Walked up on me and put his phone on my face why Lauren pressed me over this rug. I then told them do not return to my property and she stated she will if I don’t pay off the rug my husband asked for them to send him the payment information on the rug and I gave them his number he still hasn’t received anything yet, I’ve been emailed 3 new contracts on this rug, so once again why a new one if it ain’t paid for ? Anyways. Do not deal with these idiots !!!
Horrible store. Use to you could make payment arrangements and they would work with you each month. Not Lauren. I called to set up an arrangement and she said that they dont do that anymore. I said well when I talked to corporate they said to contact my store and that you could help me with that. She proceeded to lie and tell me that they are their own franchise and that they do not deal with corporate. Once I pay this off I will never rent anything from this store again.
So my sister gave me a Nintendo switch that she rented from them. It was paid for, we even have the paperwork on her paying it off. Well she gave it to me as a present. I took it to the pawn shop in union city, because I barely ever touch the thing. My nephews play with it more than I do when they come over. But I decided to pawn it off. The lady at the pawn shop called rent a center in union city to verify it was paid off. The lady STEPHANIE at rent a center came charging over to the pawn shop refusing to verify it was paid for, mind you we have the papers.. She had me come to the rent a center store to get the proof it was paid for because the pawn shop cannot buy anything with the paperwork from the company, apparently. So I went over there and instead of giving me paperwork, THEY TOOK MY NINTENDO SWITCH. said they’d call me within a few days with the paper work on it being paid for because it’s not in their system anymore. MIND YOU I HAVE PAPERWORK WHERE SHE PAID IT OFF BUT MY PROOF DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM. They STOLE FROM ME. Refused to give it back. And still refuses to give me it back.
Paid off furniture and now they are saying I still owe them now that there is a new manager. I know rent a center enough to know that they would have came and picked it up for none payment. I'm not the only one this has happened to after researching back on them. They won't get another dime out of me and I will tell all I know not to rent there due to scamming on accounts.
