This place has the rudest employees I've ever met. My monthly payment was $340. I paid $147 a week ago, then they tried to make me pay another $355 to get to the first, which is an entire month when there are only two weeks left. I tried to explain this to them and how we were out of state due to a death in the family, and we just needed help getting through until the first. I was only expecting to have to pay a total of $200 tops. This place repeatedly argued with me and said I had to pay $355 instead of the $200 that was owed to get through until the beginning of the month. Then they got extremely rude and said we've been nothing but a problem since day one when we've only been with them for a month, so where they got off saying that, I have no idea because we haven't even been with them for more than one payment. They do not care about your situation. All they care about is being rude over the phone, threatening to pick up your furniture, and then overcharging you when you don't owe that much. Please be aware, all of my followers who follow my reviews. Please be aware of this place in Sevierville, Tennessee, as they will overcharge, and then when you can't pay, come and take their furniture, and it should be illegal.

Highly Recommend EZ Rentals Sevierville TN they go above and beyond to help the customers and make sure they are satisfied.. We have done business with them for quite some time now and have been satisfied every single time! We will be glad to continue doing business with them and appreciate everything they do for us!

My family and I have purchased 3 or 4 different large items from this location and paid off everything we leased. This last item however is getting sent back to them which is a living room suite. I will not do business with this Not so E-Z Rental location. Here are the reasons why first and foremost a so called grown man that talks to me with respect will do the exact same with my wife because that's the right thing to do. A (Store Manager) is supposed to lead by example and do things the right way. This man that is much larger than my wife I guess thought that the SOP ( standard operating procedure) was to yell, belittle, and talk down to my wife when she was trying to give this store manager money on this item that he refused to take he had raised his voice to a point that caused him to have spit flying out of his mouth and around his mouth. Great examples to set for the other employee that was watching this happen. I'm not perfect and will never claim to be but what i am is a father a husband and most importantly a child of God, so i take all 10 commandments literally. So before I wrote this review I tripple checked everything i have said to absolutely make sure i was not breaking the 9th commandment that says, Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Now with that being said understand what I'm saying is no lie but the truth Amen. Now if someone above this Manager would like to talk with me about this that's fine because this is just part of the problem. I'm open for someone above Mike the General Manager at the sevierville location to give me a call I've been dealing with this business long enough to see 3 or 4 General Managers come and go in around 5 years. So ask yourself before renting or leasing from this establishment would you like your wife or your significant other to be talked down to in this fashion.
