DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!This place sucks told me they had a computer prefect condition wanted to charge me 2000 for a used laptop that was far from perfect supposed to be touch screen wasn’t even touch screen ( a sell is a sell to you guys)

2 things! #1 on the way to town today I almost hit your delivery truck cause the break lights and turn signals do not work on the truck. #2 the worst one leaving town today your delivery truck almost ran me over cause they ran a red light at hwy 66 and W broadway st.

Although they were quick on delivery and delivery guy was nice and professional they did install the drain pipe incorrectly leading to my laundry room to be flooded with water. Suggest that employees be retrained on washer assemblies so this doesn't happen again. Other than this ive no complains

Ive been a customer with this particular store for a few months now. I used to deap with kingsport only, but they had some changes and i could no longer deal with them. The customer service here is 5 star bar none. The manager and his crew have gone above and beyond to be more than acomodating and the payment for all the items we have is well within our budget. They have always been nice and respectful.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Missed a payment due to being on vacation and let them know ahead of time that the payment would be late and they told us it was fine. The day we told them we would make the payment we called to do so and was told that they never told us we could make the payment late, was put on speaker and blatantly called a liar by the girl who okayed the late payment and the manager of the store and was told that they would have to collect our items they then harassed us by sending people to our house multiple times. We ended up having to pay way more than we should have for that payment because of these horrible people but after a call to corporate the matter was resolved. I make my payments and have not been late or missed one since and still have my items but I will never do business with this store again and most likely rac as a whole once my contract is paid. You'd think one late payment with a weeks notice that it would be late would be fine apparently not as they will tell you its fine then put you on blast and call you a liar when you call to settle up. Store should be completely restaffed or shut down.
