You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the experience they provide. The delivery team was just as impressive—friendly, respectful of my home, and extremely efficient. They made sure everything was set up properly and even took extra care to ensure everything looked great before leaving. It’s rare to see that level of service these days. Everyone is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your item. I don’t live in Lenoir city anymore but this will always be my go to location.

Robert has been an great help! He manages the store and keeps inventory updated and offers amazing deals! If ever I had any issues he quickly resolved them.
