Rent-A-Center

I got my son a TV and on Saturday my payment was due. I got a new debit card and on Monday when I called to change my card that was on file was told no that I could not and that they had to pick the TV up that night or they was getting felony warrants. I have never heard of anything like this. The lady that works there is rude and can expect a call to corporate in the morning. I would not suggest renting from this particular rentacenter.

Bought a washer and dryer online took over a month for it to come in by time it “come in” I had already fixed our washer after we called in telling them we no longer need it they said we would get a refund back on our card and let’s just say it’s been almost 2 months and still no refund has come thru do not shop with them scammers if u wanna get screwed over give them your money if you have common sense then don’t

I think the entire team is amazing to be honest I was with Aaron's for years but decided to come to rentacenter because the deals were better offered and Im glad I did! Mary is so kind and adorably sweet she goes out of her way to find what Im looking for as well As Dezmond they both tell me if we dont have it We will find it and they always do. The ENTIRE Team is great Movers included they work just as hard!

I rented a washer here. It did not work properly. Locked my card so payment could not come off. Told them to take the washer back. Instead of trying to give me another washer they marked me as default on a payment which was not true because the rented property did not even work correctly. Customer Service is horrible. They took money off my card and rejected a new washer. Pathetic place to rent from

**Review for Rent-A-Center (Lebanon, TN)** I ordered furniture online and was called the next day, informed that the description online didn't match the actual item. Despite having already paid for the first few payments, I was advised not to get that furniture. Instead, I was offered a sofa and loveseat combo from a model home, plus a "brand new" 6-chair dining table set. Upon delivery, I was shocked. The cushions had holes, the throw pillows were stained and disguised with slipcovers, and the table was used, not new. The varnish comes off when wiped with a wet rag, and the chair cushions weren't even screwed down—my son fell through a chair at dinner! After numerous disappointing phone calls with the store, I set up a meeting with the manager at the Lebanon, TN location. Initially, he was nice until he heard all the details of my purchase. He called me to solicit more business, to which I responded by expressing my disappointment and requesting a meeting. He ended the call frustrated, asking what I expected him to do about it. He ultimately ordered new cushion covers and gave me $50 petty cash for my trouble, but he didn't address the lies about the table being new or the disgusting condition of the furniture. Moreover, when I arrived at the store, the delivery drivers were smoking on brand new furniture they were supposed to be loading. What if the recipient doesn't smoke? I certainly don't want my brand new furniture smelling like cigarettes! So no, absolutely not! I do not recommend Rent-A-Center and will never shop there again. I've bought from them over 10 years ago and had a great experience, but it seems the quality has drastically declined. Save your money. Oh, and by the way, I found the exact couch they sold me for $600 at Big Lots next door for $200. Just food for thought.
