I fill out paper work for them to ck me” did not buy or sign nothing. Got a email a month later said I miss a payment!!! Call Todd the manger he said I thought you want it we are holding it for you! NO I said I didn’t sign for anything?

After a month of dealing with nightmare customer service for our whirlpool washer from Lowe's (issue was not with Lowe's, but with Whirlpool itself), we went to Aaron's in hope of finding a good washer with a good payment plan. We spoke with I think Tod or Tom, it was a T name but I can't remember for sure. He ordered us a brand new washer and set up delivery. He helped us find a washer that is better than the one we had, had reasonable payments, and assured us if something happens to the washer he will repair it and bring a different one to use for the time being. The washer was delivered the following week and delivered early! I was originally told between 9-1, then between 10-2, and the delivery driver (I did not catch his name, unfortunately) arrived a little after 9:50, got the washer into the house, unhooked the old one and hooked up the new one and made sure it worked and the water was running properly before leaving. I know people say Aaron's prices are higher than retail, but for the quality of customer service, definitely worth it and we will definitely be back again when we decide to upgrade!

So let me start by saying this I was supposed to get my couch Monday the woman who I called said it would be there from 11a-6p so I called off from work and stayed home until about 5:15 I had went to the store so I thought the couch wasn’t going to come mind you they stop delivering at 6 and also the woman told me they would give me a 30 minute call before the couch will be there which they did not bad communication. Okay so now it’s 5:30 still nothing no call saying that they wasn’t or was going to come so I went somewhere else it was like 10 minutes from my house at 5:44pm I get a call saying that just arrived at my house so I had told the man I was about 10-15 minutes away from my house and he was like okay he can wait. So fast forward I arrived home and he is nowhere I called him again and he said that the people told him he couldn’t stay like hello this is yall fault here was no communication what so ever and then they have the nerve to charge my card for a payment and I haven’t even received the couch will not be paying y’all can the couch will take my money some where else since it’s not needed here.

I give it a 2 stars because first I ordered a bed august 11 it said it will be 5-7 business days so I waited for like a week and some days I called they still didnt have the bed but I called 2 days later she said the bed been there for a couple days so I wasn’t to worry about that part. so my bed was suppose to came last Friday but one of the workers came to my house knocked literally one time( didn’t even wait until I got to the door) I was told they were going to call me didn’t receive a call so that brings me to today they changed it from Friday to Tuesday(which is today) I get a call saying they can’t deliver the bed because they don’t have the help if that was the case I could’ve went somewhere else. My order was changed to Friday again so hopefully when they decide they want to work I will get my bed

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I ordered a sofa chaise with ottoman man and received it a week late. When they finally arrived the two delivery guys didn't even have the tools to install the feet on the couch and ottoman. I let them borrow my drill (which is my mistake for trusting them with power tools) and they proceeded the strip EVERY single screw leaving about 5 or 6 screws still sticking out. When they finished ruining my torx bit and screws, they then flipped the couch over and slid them across the floor leaving multiple huge scratches! I talked to the manager Leslie at the store giving here all the info including pictures and a plan of action from my landlord. She then said she passed it on to their accounting staff. It's been about 9 weeks and still no answer. They won't return my calls or emails. This will soon become a legal issue if it's not corrected soon. So to sum this all up, NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, there are many more scratches than pictured.
