I've had some up and down experience over the years and I must say that my most recent experience has been my best. Joe in Murfreesboro has went above and beyond to try to help me with a defective item that I'm on contract purchasing. It is my understanding that the Murfreesboro store is closing and Joe is going to Lebanon. This was a wise decision Buddy's. This man don't know me from Adam but every time I talk to him he treats me like he's known me for years and I appreciate that. Now I got a new futon on its way. Thanks for the help again Joe.

Very friendly and compassionate. Hometown feel with competent staff who are flexible and go out of their way to accommodate their customer’s busy lives with scheduling. Nice products and affordable pricing. Staff prides themselves in knowing all their customers personally.

I started an account with them for my first two items a few months back and let me tell you Brittany helped me through the entire process and was amazing at answering any questions I had. I also went in and met the new GM Tonja yesterday when I went to pick up husbands birthday present and let me tell you she is literally the most down to earth friendly person I have met, I could have literally talked to her for hours. She made everything as fast as possible while still taking the time to chat with her customers as well. Seriously if are in the need of something Tonja and Brittany can hands down get you taken care of and make you feel welcome at the same time. Thank you guys so much
